agencies and in-house brands who want a creator marketing expert to shape or strengthen their influencer strategies and programmes, whether that’s a one-off project, ongoing consultancy or a single power hour.
it’s also for event organisers and teams looking for a speaker on the creator economy, building a personal brand on LinkedIn and, closest to my heart, looking after your mental health while working in marketing.
and for brands who want to reach marketers, founders and solopreneurs through my LinkedIn, with a touch of pink personality on a very bland platform <3

I’ve come from the world of influencers – not social, advertising or generalist strategy. while they all overlap, creators have been my whole career. I’ve watched the industry grow up and I know how it actually works.
I’ve worked on every type, stage and part of a creator campaign, from UGC to gifting, ambassadors to always-on, for 80+ brands of every size.
I’m equal parts left and right brained – analytical and highly creative, forever online and constantly observing culture. I love getting into new corners of the internet and consumers’ minds, whatever the category.
and no matter what you need, whether that’s a full strategy, a consultancy project or a single power hour, I have offer a range of services to suit different creator needs. and with every one, you work directly with me… chief Cupid Chloe.

all of them! <3 from beauty conglomerates to niche perfume brands, the world's biggest tech companies to the cars you see on the road. budding businesses to the ones that rule their industry.
I'm a big fat consumer, and I love bringing the outside-in perspective that brands often need most.

it’s all the upfront thinking, planning and ideation before outreach begins – who you work with, what you say and what that looks like.
this can include:
♡ goals and objectives: the needs and how creators can contribute.♡ landscape: insights across consumers, competitors and content.
♡ analysis: what’s worked, what hasn’t and what to learn from it.
♡ overall approach: positioning and top line direction.
♡ audience and target: who to reach and what they want.
♡ creative concept: the ideas that creators are briefed.
♡ creator mix: which creator tiers, types and categories to use.
♡ platforms and formats: where content lives, and in what format.
♡ casting direction: the right creators and top-line suggestions.
♡ cross-channel use: how creators fit in paid, email, events etc.
♡ the brief: what good looks like, and what to give creators.
♡ rollout: how the activity is structured and phased.
♡ budget split: splitting the spend across campaigns or creators.
♡ KPIs and measurement: what to track and how to report it.
all this can be built for a pitch, project or programme.

it’s not something I take on these days, but after years of doing just that, I can definitely steer and advise. my love now is on the strategy behind a creator project, with the day-to-day delivery staying with your team.
that covers things like outreach, negotiating, contracting and approvals. I’m still involved around it – shaping the concept, giving casting direction and showing what good looks like in the brief.

I stick to what I know best – influencer marketing. I’m not a social media, paid media or generalist marketer, but as creator content often feeds into those channels, we can work collaboratively with them in mind.
(please also note the question above re influencer campaign execution)

I work as part of your team, while keeping the flex of being independent. I’m happy to join your meetings and Slack channels, and I work flexibly around the check-ins and deadlines we agree together.
I also work remotely, with occasional travel for meetings and events.
every programme and project runs differently, so I’m open to adapt :)

all fees are bespoke, based on the scope of work. I charge on a project fee basis, or retainers for consulting.
invoicing structure depends on length of the project – often at the end of the service, or with 50% part-way through.
